Presbyterian Christian School welcomes your financial support! The generosity of our donors improves the learning environment for our students and enables PCS to fund projects that make the difference between providing adequate and superior services.
METHODS OF SUPPORTING PCS
PCS Annual Fund: Gifts to the Annual Fund are used to support the school's operating budget and allow PCS to meet its immediate needs.
PCS Technology Fund: Gifts to the Technology Fund are used to maintain and upgrade the infrastructure and provide laptops and ipads for both faculty and students on both campuses,
Planned Giving: Donors may wish to include PCS in their estate plans or may be interested in gifts which provide lifetime income. Gift options include bequests, charitable remainder trusts, and securities which have appreciated in value.
Gifts in-Kind: Donations of non-cash gifts can help reduce the school's operating expenses.
Presbyterian Christian School is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions to PCS are tax-deductible.
Presbyterian Christian School gratefully accepts gifts in various forms, including those listed below:
Cash - Gifts made by cash or check are the most common form of giving. Checks should be made payable to Presbyterian Christian School.
Bequests - May be made through your will as a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate.
Life Insurance - Donors may wish to make PCS the beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
Securities - Contributions of appreciated stocks or bonds allow donors to make a significant charitable gift while enjoying tax savings.
Real Estate - Donors who choose to give real property which has been owned at least 12 months may avoid capital gains taxes and receive a charitable deduction.
Charitable Remainder Trust - Funded with an asset such as appreciated securities, earnings are paid over the term of the trust to you or your beneficiaries, with the remainder principal going to PCS.
